I currently live in this house by myself and am looking for one person to share with me. You would have your own bedroom (unfurnished) bathroom and lockup garage space.The house is quite modern and has ceiling fans throughout tiled living areas separate laundry dishwasher remote double lock up garage nice entertainment area out the back and a small yard. There is two bedrooms and you can choose which one you want both have BIR carpets ceiling fans and data points. You would also have room to set up your own desk either in the other bedroom or in the living area.You will be sharing with me and Im a 22 year old female professional working full time Im easy going and sociable. There is also a cat at the property so you must be pet friendly. My preferred housemate would be male between 20 – 40 years old mature minded and employed full time – no students please.
