We have to move out of our house asap and we need someone to move into a new house with us. Were looking at houses in Forest Lake only and need someone to be an authorised tenant or willing to go on the lease with us.We also have a double bed and bedroom furniture if you need it including a TV Unit. You will have your own room your own bathroom and most probably your own living area (Foxtel IQ can be installed as a 2nd unit). We are looking at houses with air con and possibly a dishwasher as well. You will have to pay 1-2 weeks rent some of the bond and be available to sign a lease with us. Bond loans can be obtained through Qld Housing (www.housing.qld.gov.au) if you dont have savings.We are in dire straits so please think about it.
