I am a quiet female professional (25-35YO) looking for a quiet mature independent housemate (female or male 30-40 yrs old preferable) to share a 4 bed 2 bathroom home in Forest Lake. I am looking for a quiet person who wants to share the house and lease for 6-12 months. This is a friendly home the occasional BBQ or visitor is cool but this is not a party house.House will be fully furnished (except for your room) however there may be space if you have some other furniture you would like to use. You will have your own good sized bedroom own bathroom (main bathroom) and use of the spare room/office and a back-yard to enjoy. Storage room and garage negotiable. Rent bond and bills to be split. (Dependant on house selection rent $170 -$175/wk). Come and go as you please: no rosters but shared cleaning I am not a neat freak but like common areas to be kept fairly tidy. You will need to be employment/real-estate approved reference checked and pay 2 weeks in advance.I am currently inspecting a property now however I am happy to house-hunt with you if you would like to help choose your house and your own room. (I have shared for a few years and know what its like to feel you are stuck in a small room!). You also have the relief of only sharing with 1 person (me).I have lived in Forest Lake (Western Suburbs) for over 10 years and enjoy the friendly atmosphere the lake walking tracks cafes pub/restaurant markets and the location as it has a great public transport system and is only 15 minutes to Indooroopilly 25 minutes to the city (non-peak) and 35 minutes to the Gold Coast.Not suitable for couples kids or pets.
