I am a mum with a 5 year old. I am looking for one person to share with. I prefer a non-smoker female who likes kids although I should point out my child is – without being bias – independent and well behaved. I will give preference to an overseas student or fulltime worker but am somewhat flexible. Rent includes all utilities plus unlimited fast Internet – adsl 2+ .The house is 400m to a bus stop and about 3 min drive (about 1.4km) away from where the new Richlands Train Terminal is located. It is now open. There is also lots of room for off street parking.Your bedroom is average in size and can fit a double sized bed (but only single bed will be supplied unless you want the room unfurnished) and a desk. It has a built in wardrobe. There is an enclosed backyard (no mowing required as there is a guy doing it).There is also a small patio.Im open to having a dog in the backyard. The backyard is a decent sized and enclosed. The small patio is undercover with 3 walls and can house a kennel safely from the elements. No pets in the house. Sorry. The house is fully tiled…The laundry is in a separate area (not part of the bathroom). Bathroom is a decent size and has a separate shower as well as a bath tub. There is a separate toilet.
