2 Rooms are up for sharing. At the moment they can hold a single bed but if need be a double bed could be squeezed in. The house is spacious and is currently occupied by one boarder and owner (both work for QLD Rail). The house is spacious with washing machine/dryer a big backyard and a decent size living room.Smokers are ok but must smoke outside. We do have a big yard and would like no animals (small dog is ok as long as it gets along with owners dog). The owners dog is small (mini foxie/kelpie) and will not hurt a fly.Currently we have foxtel/internet/phone and would have to divide cost evenly amongst those living there.The house is equiped with Ducted airconditioning and solar hot water.Bond required is $400 and 2 weeks notice is required
