I have a room available in an airconditioned Villa with a courtyard and bbq area 30 mins S/W of Brisbane city. Nice and close to City Express bus stops and 10 mins drive to a local train station. Shops and takeaway close by also. A short drive to the Logan Ipswich and Western Freeways. Use of all kitchen facilities sauna and electric treadmill. I am looking for company so would prefer a female aged between 35 to 55 years to work in with a shift worker (female 47 years) and 16 year old student son and who will also get along with my dog. If you have a friendly small dog hed love a playmate.
