Hi I have a room available in a house in a leafy suburb 25 mins S/W of Brisbane city. Nice and close to City Express bus stops ana few minutes drive to a local train station. Shops and takeaway close by also. A short drive to the Logan Ipswich and Western Freeways. I can offer short term or long term accommodation in a nice quiet area. The room has a built in wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished however a set of drawers and a mattress can be supplied if needed. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Im looking for a someone who will get along with my puppy (but who doesnt love puppies right?!) and is house-trained just like he is. If you have a friendly dog hed love a playmate. Im pretty down-to-earth and am hoping to find someone whos tidy honest and reliable with rent etc. Im a professional with f/t hours. I like to walk my dog on the many walking/biking trails around the area and enjoy a glass of wine (or three) on Fridays. I have a life and am not home all the time so you would have your own space. I enjoy a chat but also like my own space too hence the reason for only wanting 1 person (or a couple) to share my 3 bedroom house. The room has a glass sliding door opening to the back yard and a built in closet. There is a lock up garage available for use and there is plenty of storage space.
