My name is Sarah and I am looking for someone to rent my room as I am moving out early. Who will you be living with! :-)You will be living with a male and female in their late twenties. Both are neat and tidy, friendly, sociable people.

The house is in a perfect location. It is 10 minutes walking distance from x 4 buses two of them being express to the city. It is also a 10 minute walk from x 2 train stations. Norman Park and Coorparoo.

The room comes unfurnished and is fairly spacious. It can easily fit a queen size bed and chest of drawers.

I am looking for someone that is looking to move in within the next two weeks or earlier.
