We are three girls looking for a forth housemate between the ages of 19 and 29. We are friendly and easygoing and are looking for some who is looking for long term accommodation as we like to think of our house as a home rather than a share house. The room is on the smaller side but would easily fit a double bed and a desk. It has a fan and a build in wardrobe. There is plenty of storage as a well as a garage for a car or bike. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Rent is $116 including internet and all other bills will be split by four accordingly.(The furniture in the pictures is only to give an idea of the room size the room is unfurnished)
