We have a room in a in a 5 bedroom house at Coorparoo available in December. One of our international flatmates is finished studies and going home.The house is the family home of one of the housemates. Room has air conditioning/ double bed/ desk/wardrobe and chest of drawers. Price includes all amenities including internet. $170 per week. You would be sharing a bathroom with just 2 other housemate as there are 3 bathrooms in the house.
Easy access by bus to all Universities, Southbank and the City. Bus takes about 15 minutes to the city
5 minute walk to bus stop and restaurants from house

The house has formal lounge/dining/ eat in kitchen and TV area plus rumpus room and laundry downstairs. There is a pool . International students very welcome but would look at all emails. The house is very clean and is big enough for everyone to have their own corner. We are friendly and helpful, but most of the time, all do our own thing..This is a non intrusive but welcoming house share arrangement . The housemates are are 3 Australians aged between 24 and 26 and and one Swedish female attending University of Queensland
