Great location only 5 minutes to shops cafs gyms and pool and just 2 minutes walk to the main bus stop into the city (200 203 204 and express services in the morning). The living area is nice and spacious and the balcony has good views of the city and Mount Cootha making it great for BBQs or sitting back and relaxing with a drink in the evening.The room comes with built in wardrobes. So theres loads of storage and it can easily fit a double bed. The rest of the flat is fully furnished including dishes and cutlery etc but with plenty of room for your own things. About us we are a friendly young couple who both work full time enjoy mountain biking and the outdoors. Both quite easy going tidy and respect the property and privacy of others. Looking for a friendly flatmate girl or guy non-smoker and ideally a professional aged between 25 and 35 who respects others and where they live.
