Small balcony at front of house. Kitchen is older style but has a dishwasher large fridge to share but no microwave. Only 1 bathroom to share with bathtub. Separate toilet. Laundry is communal under house however plumbing is available for private washing machine in garage. Garage is only 1 car bay for the house but some storage room will be available needed. No air-conditioning or ceiling fans but house is breezy when windows are open however you may need your own heater for your room in winter. RENT/BOND: Rent for room is $180 per week with utilities additional (approx $20+ per week for electricity/ADSL). Bond required of 2 weeks rent ($360). No need for your name on lease if that suits you. Rent/utilities can be paid to me each week/fortnight/month. Payment frequency/lease details all negotiable. At home I occupy my time with domesticated hobbies like sewing/crafts occasional baking and sometimes gardening. I occasionally socialise out and about and or have a drink at home but Im not an extroverted social butterfly. I have lived in this house for 7 years so have all I need and enjoy the location.
