Hey all im after a female housemate to share my apartment with. The room is of a small to medium size (double bed currently fitted but can be removed) however does not have a built in wardrobe so a byo is in need (or i can arrange if need be). Rent im after is $150.00 a week which includes utilities aswell as a generous internet package and home phone.
