Hi ThereMy current housemate is moving out soon so I am looking for someone to take her place.The house is older style semi renovated Queenslander with high ceilings and polished floor boards. It has a gorgeous huge back deck with city views…perfect for entertaining with french doors opening into the dining room and galley kitchen. The room itself is fairly generous size big enough for a queen size bedroom suite and also has a beautiful bay window. There is no built ins however the third bedroom acts as the dressing/ironing/guest room (if you have a spare bed it can be accommodated).The house is fully furnished however there is room for furniture and if you have a TV it can go in the lounge room. There is also plenty of storage space downstairs.Ample parking available. Close to shops and transport (train and bus).I am a 25 year old professional female working full time in the CBD. Im easy going and enjoy a glass of wine (there is a built in wine rack in the kitchen lol). I also have a small furry housemate called Bentley…he is my one year old Labrador. He is very friendly and well behaved :)I am looking for someone that is a similar age and working full time.
