Close to restaurants and Coles and new Woolworths on old Cleveland road. The room will be available as soon as the renos are complete (hopefully by 15/05/2012 and is available to inspect now.I am away from home alot at the moment. Im a friendly easy going lady who has remained great friends with my previous flat mates so would love to continue to share my home. The rent $ includes electricity and gas hot water. Does not include the foxtel or Internet sorry The bedroom is unfurnished but with large built in wardbrobe and ceiling fan. The Unit is fully furnished with currenlty no TV You may wish to purchase one for yourself or if not I am happy to provide a TV also!
