I have a nice room available in a smaller but comfortable Queenslander in Coorparoo on transport route to CBD and Qld Uni. Currently furnished but you can BYO also. Share utilities costs. I work pretty long hours and would prefer someone who is intelligent sociable and responsible who likes a pretty quiet life social drink and a bit of conversation but also likes their own space. If youre a fan of Tony Abbott we probably wont get on! Im not as dull as I sound but I do need a bit of time to myself so if you have work that takes you away some of the time or are looking for a home base for a few nights a week you are probably my perfect flatmate! Probably prefer female but I dont really mind as long as you pull your weight with the cleaning dont expect me to cook for you (although the occasional shared meal might be nice) and keep things pretty tidy. Also might help if you like football (AFL and NRL) once the season comes around Prefer non-smoker but if you keep it outside it could work.
