We are all working professionals, so fairly busy during the week. We are all easy going, socialise when we can but respect others personal space. The room available is a double room which can fit a queen sized bed and is $175p/w for a single person or $240p/w for a couple.
A bond of 2 weeks plus 1 week rent in advance will be required. The rent does not include utilities as they will be spilt amongst everyone in the house.
The room is a decent sized with a built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and you will share a bathroom with 2 other housemates who are rarely home due to working away commitments.
The house has a very spacious air-conditioned open-plan living, dining and kitchen and an outdoor entertaining area. Features of this house includes a double lock-up garage with direct access to the home, new 42″ flat screen television, Foxtel, Internet, brand new 7-seater leather lounge and 6 seater dining room set. The house has great security as it is fully fenced, security screens on doors/windows and an alarm system.
The location is very convenient to local shops as well as Westfield Carindale which is 5minute drive away for shopping, entertainment and bus depot for city and university access. It also has excellent accessibility to the Gateway Motorway north and south.
