one whole rooms are available, the beds can fit up to 5 people, house will be shared with others and ONLY FEMALES, but first in first served for the bed that you want. this has a family orientated feel to it and you are able to do what you want, privacy guanteered.

there is a key deposit of $15 and an agreement between lease holder and boarder it is not serious just around RESPECT for property and that your actions are able to consider whilst you stay in the property.

Rent will have to be payed in advance and there is a minimum of 1 weeks stay at property maximum stay as long as you want.

the house is roomy spacey lots of room, have huge kitchen, large lounge room, washing machine, back yard is very private and plus BBQ.

I have all kitchen cutlery which you are able to utlise at your own leisure, i have a few towels and linen that are able to be utilised, have a washing machine to keep your clothes clean.

the house is situated on stanley road walking distance to public transport, stanley road goes all the way to south brisbane/south bank and city only 30 minutes in bus to the city.

The house is also situated very close to westfield Caridale shopping centre, you walk will take 5-10 minutes vehicle 2 minutes, also carina leagues club is across the road for your leisure, recreational oval across the road, I have a tread mill if you want to keep fit.

it is negotiable for how long you would like to stay, no problem, best thing about house, very private, clean and beds provided. very nice place, quiet and great location.
