Room is big enough to fit my king size bed and dresser with room to move. House is furnished but if you have stuff you are welcome to bring it. Sharing with a brother and sister; easy going laid back people both are smokers. Rent direct from owner. This is a brand new house that was built earlier this year and its split into 1 unit upstairs and 1 unit downstairs. Garden and patio are still under construction but there is a small deck avail for use. There is a washing machine and dryer avail and plenty of storage space. Its quiet place generally just drinks and guests over on the weekend as everyone works during the week. Great location: shops close by in all directions and bus stops literally at the front door.
