Hey I am looking for a housemate to move into an awesome townhouse with me and 2 others (couple). Room is available from 2nd of June – possible sooner if required. The room will share a MASSIVE bathroom with seperate shower and bath. Rent is $130 per week + amenities (electricity and foxtel – if you want it) and only $400 bond. Bond and 2 weeks rent need to be paid before you move in to secure the room (receipts will be provided) – can pay rent weekly after that if you like. Rent is paid to real estate fortnightly by direct debit. The place is fully furnished (please note: some of the furniture is different to the pics) except the bedroom. Bedroom is quite large and has a double door built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.It is a 2 level townhouse with an outdoor area. Downstairs has aircon. Townhouse is in a complex with a gym and pool really nice area! Just up the road from Carindale Shopping Centre. Public transport may be an issue but its only about a 10min walk away from Creek road – lots of buses running. If you have a car there is parking on site.I am 27 work full time afternoon shift so am not usually home until later in the night. Im looking for an awesome housemate that can clean up after themselves and who also enjoy having a drink sometimes! Im really easy going and easy to get along with.
