I am looking for a female (preferred) between 25-35 to share a 3 bedroom townhouse wih a 28yo professional female. The room becoming available is the second bedroom and you will have your own huge bathroom and use of the remote garage. The complex has a gym and pool which is fantastic in the summer. The bedroom is not furnished although the rest of the place is. When my current flatmate moves out I wont have a washing machine but will buy one if you dont have one. If you have a small dining room set that would be great also! There is an entertaining courtyard outside which is great for a bbq and a few drinks :-)I am looking for someone reliable clean and tidy and someone who is easy to get along with and enjoys having a laugh. Cleanliness is important to me I like to take pride in where I live and you must be the same. I dont want to have to clean up after anyone if you know what I mean :-)The 3rd bedroom will remain spare for the extra space and for any guests to use.
