Has a large kitchen (with new European appliances and gas cooking) living area (with a large flat screen TV and air conditioning) dining area 3rd toilet downstairs laundry and a large balcony off the living area leading into the small garden. House is fully furnished apart from the bedroom available. The third room is for on the odd occasion when guests stay. The room:The bedroom available is carpeted and can fit a queen sized bed. It has a mirrored built-in wardrobe and a main TV aerial point as well as a ceiling fan. You will have your own toilet and bathroom with shower and separate bath and there is your own hall cupboard. The area:Situated in walking distance to 2 main roads (Old Cleveland Road and Stanley Road)* 2min drive to Carindale Shopping Centre or 10min walk.* 5min walk to bus stop that goes into the city* 5min walk to Super IGA* Easy access to Gateway Motorway*Close driving distance to both Morningside and Cannon Hill train stations*1min walk to Clem Jones centre. $5 for a swim or $10 for a visit to the gym. They also offer yearly gym memberships from $500 when they have festivals otherwise its $660 per year.Flatmate:I am looking for a female 25+ who is a friendly happy housemate and is employed fulltime reliable with paying rent is respectful of my space and belongings and is happy to help out/contribute to keeping the house clean.
