The complex has three pools and close by to the Minnippi recreation Park lands. The house is fully furnished with modern furniture. Marcus is a 22-year-old Male studying a Bachelor of Music Full time and Rhi is a 23-year-old Female working as an assistance manager in retail full time. I have only been living here for 11 months and we are very easygoing people you should be the same. We are looking for someone who is mature professional and a NON SMOKER. Between 20-30 years old. The Bedroom has a ceiling fan and built in wardrobe and can fit a queen size bed you would be sharing the main bathroom with one of us. Rent is $150.00 a week and bond is 1 months rent.
