Will have half house to rent mid to late April 2014. Large 4 bedroom split level home. Pool, wooden floorboards throughout, fireplace, large deck, peaceful surrounds.

Share with one 37 year old male and 2.5 year old husky. Have had a bad run with housemates as have been sharing out 2 rooms to the budget conscious and am after someone with a bit of quality now.
