Choice of 2 rooms both same size one has a/c. 4 bedroom house with pool. Close to buses. Not a big party house but cool with bbqs and drinks. House also home to 1 young husky so you must love animals. Very chilled place no weirdos drugos or alcos please. Prefer professional under 40 non-smoker would be best. House surrounded by trees very private. Room unfurnished and the second room will be kept as a spare. Bills not included in rent and will be shared equally for ease. Share bathroom with 29 y.o. male. No shift workers please.
