I have a room available for U!!!. You will be sharing the main bathroom so you must be clean and trustworthy house proud and tidy. In the house are 2 females and 2 males so consideration for others is a plus. Public transport a large shopping centre a sports centre and clubs are only walking distance to. You need to be employed or financially secured have 2 references 2 weeks rent and a bond. Any gender is ok will accept uni students non smoker or outside smoker.Electricity and internet is included in the rent which is 155.00 per week. There is also parking if you do own a vehicle.
