Weve got a room to rent in Carina…its in walking distance to Carindale Westfield bus stop just around the corner next to the Clem Jones swim centre!!!!Were looking for a professional age 25 and up who is neat and can clean up after them selves someone who is easy going and doesnt mind a few beers/wines chilling out on the front balcony…Youll be sharing with two other male professionals one a builder and the other an operationals manager.We have the internet on which will be an additional $26 a month and also the Electricity bill is split three ways.The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe too.So come and take a look at our digs!!!Ask for andy too
