We have one room for rent in Carina Heights. House has new kitchen spacious living and dining area. House is fully furnished except for room for rent. You have the option of one of two rooms one of which has aircon but no wardrobe the other has no aircon but a HUGE wardrobe. We have a large backyard as well as great space under the house for having people over a table tennis table dartboard couches etc.We are fun friendly people who would love a housemate who is the same. Lease is up until March 2011 but short term stays considered. My camera is broken but will put pics up really soon. We are looking to get someone in asap.
