We have one room for rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse that is situated secure complex at Carina Heights. The house is furnished and the room isn’t but we have an air mattress to tide you over if need be. Myself and a Japanese Uni student are currently residing in 2 of the rooms. We would prefer someone neat and tidy who likes a cold drink every now and again and a non smoker (a Rugby lover wouldn’t go astray either ). The room is 150 pw + 1/3 of the bills.
