The room is a single room that is furnished with a king single bed and shelves (can fit a double bed if you want to use your own). There is plenty of cupboard space with a double built in cupboard as well as an extra cupboard. The house is a 3 bedroom house with one bathroom to share with 2 females. The house is a short walk to Carindale Shopping centre as well as a bus stop at the front door. It is only a 15-20 minutes drive or bus ride to the city.We are looking for an easy going female or male roommate preferably 20 or older.
