Located in Camp Hill in a quiet street this beautiful house is close to public transport Carindale Shopping Centre smaller shopping complexes with plenty of onstreet parking. The second story of the house is currently up for rent. This includes a large master bedroom with built in cupboards French doors and a balcony with views. There is also a second spacious bedroom/study. There is also a living/dining area which leads out to a large back deck. This floor has its own bathroom with shower vanity and toilet. There are polished wooden floors throughout and high ceilings. The kitchen is also on this floor and is a shared facility. Having said this it is a very rarely that I ever actually use it as I am self contained downstairs and have no use for a kitchen. I am a 24 year old professional female. I work Monday to Friday and am ideally looking for someone who is quiet and relaxed during the week. I spend most of my time at work or with family and friends. There is also a small low allergy dog that lives with me downstairs. I have a gate up so she cant go into the other part of the house. She is inside at night and outside during the day. A very friendly sweet little dog who will happily play outside by herself all day. I am looking for a easy going reliable professional to sign the renewal with. I would prefer female but will consider male housemates. Please no couples or students. I am really looking at sharing with someone who has a full time occupation/ profession.
