Need a home…..???

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house available to share- only 5kms from CBD. I have no preference for male or female but you must be clean and respectful…..Students and shift workers okay too.

I am an Interior Designer so the place is tastefully furnished (apart from your bedroom which you can furnish as you choose!). The third bedroom will be set up as a shared study/guest room for us both to utilize.

The house is a lovely, freshly renovated cottage and it is in a very leafy quiet area of Camp Hill, close to bustops and Carindale shopping centre only 5 mins drive. There is good/ secure storage under the house too. It is on street parking but a very quiet leafy street.

Okay about me….I am a 33 yr old professional female. I work part time and run my business part time.
