Im a 24 yr old female full time worker non smoker. There is another flatmate who is also female 28 non smoker. I have two more rooms available there is one main bathroom but two toilets. I do have a dog hes an outside dog very calm and lovable as such pets like fish birds are fine but no other dogs and no cats. Bills such as electricity will be split 4 ways each quarter. The house is very neat polished timber floors throughout there is a small shopping complex just around the corner Sammual st Shopping village where there is a woolworths bakery takaway shops BWS pharmacy and doctors.
