i am looking for someone to share my unti with it is a 2 min walk to the woolies complex and very close to the train and busses. the rent will be $155 plus electricy. the room itself has a ceiling fan and a built in cardboard and one window the bathroom and toilet is sharedThe is a garage which can be yours if u have a car i dont drive or own a car there is vistor car parking as well.the unit is furnished but ur more than welcome to bring ur own stuff there is a washing machine t.v dinning table lounge.i have an outdoor area too which is just a patio its is fairly big.i am looking for someone who is honest and trustworthy who pays there rent on time.if you would like to know more feel free to get in contact with me
