Hi there I have a partly furnished single room for rent (wardrobe and single bed TV available if required) in recently renovated high set house.Close to bus stop and 15 min walk to shopping center.My flat mate must be someone who enjoys music as Im a musician neat and tidy and pays rent on time shares in cleaning and house hold chores.Rent is $130.00 per week plus bills with 2 weeks bond up .Im pretty laid back easy going and get along with most people.
