I am looking for someone for the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. The room is currently furnished with a single bed but this can be removed if necessary. The room can fit a queen size bed easily enough. The room has a built in wardrobe. I would like to find someone who is employed and has no problems with keeping the place clean and will treat it like their own.Would require a bond of $325 to be paid and rent is $162.50/week paid in advance.If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to ask!
