hi all, have a room spare for rent in a upstairs downstairs house,quite area,close to shops,bus,train,schools and alexandra hills tafe.I am a 43y old shift worker and do long hours, i get every weekend off.Prefer females but will consider males,must be working or studying.The house has 2 bathrooms,2 lounge rooms,a back deck,fence back yard.You will need ur own bedroom furniture,close to the bay
