Hi Im a 29yo primary teacher looking for an easygoing clean and independent housemate to share the house with…would ideally suit someone who works evenings as you would have the house to yourself through the day.I am not the owner just renting it as a fully furnished house so everything you need is here (from your double bed to kitchen gadgets!) we would just need to split the utilities and cleaning. I am friendly and easygoing just after someone who leads their own life as am kept so busy with teaching and other things! Not a party house sorry but all good with weekend dinner parties etc…the house has enough different living areas to do our own thing :)Large bedrooms with built-ins modern but cosy/cool kitchen stainless steel appliances chilled outdoor entertainment area and gardens (garden maintenance included) gas cooktop one block back from the beach! House is available until the end of the year (possibly end of February if the owners extend their overseas trip) but if we work as housemates then Im looking at staying around the area in a similar place and would be happy to be either the lease holder or both on the lease whatever suits
