Waterfront house to share, Water elec, Foxtell, phone & WiFi included. (except pay per view and numbers) Share with easy going male and very friendly staffy. only street parking available. Room is furnished with double bed and has personal veranda. Personal bathroom with bath, shared toilet.
The views are amazing, and if you wake up early enough to see the sunrise it is exquisite from the front deck.

I grew up with only sisters and have had 2 female friends live here in the past 8 years with no conflicts, so I would prefer a female but it is not essential. I have a Staffy, so pets are negotiable but cats might be an issue. (I have started traing her with next doors cat with mixed results)
There are two TV’s one upstairs and one down stairs. and there is a room next to the kitchen I have no use for, except a handy place for an ironing board so if you need more space you are welcome to it. it only has 3 walls though and a bench closing it from the kitchen. (see the last picture)
