This fantastic unit is open plan – compact – but plenty of room to move. Even with dark floor tiles the unit is still light and airy living with 2.7 metre ceilings; the galley kitchen is a clever use of space and features lovely stone bench tops – deep cupboard space for all your equipment – stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher – larger than normal fridge space (1800 x 900mm); air conditioning and fans; the bathroom and laundry are off the kitchen area and have everything you need including a fabulous size shower – (no need to do the two step shuffle :)); there is a glass sliding door in the living area that opens to the balcony and catches the fantastic breezes that come through every day; the bedroom is the only room that is carpeted and a good size – will fit a queen size bed – with a double door wardrobe and floor to ceiling windows for maximum light; the view from the balcony is of our lovely gardens, green grass and the pool; the other features include: a clothes dryer, security screens, vertical blinds, storage cage and single car parking.

The complex has a compact, basic gym so you can keep fit and a lap pool to help you enjoy the weekends. High Speed Fibre internet is available – the first month is free – and each room has a wireless access point so you can be connected to the internet. The onsite managers have been able to do a deal with an internet company to purchase BULK internet and provide our tenants with access to unlimited internet at a cheaper price than current internet providers.

For inspections we generally have appointments available between Mon-Fri 10am to 3.30pm and Sat 10am to 12.30pm (by appointment only).
