Looking for one person aged 19-35 to rent a spare room. The house is fully furnished except for your bedroom which has built ins. Rent is $150 a week and all bills are included. Must purchase own food. A 4 week bond is required.You will have acces to the main bathroom which is only being used by my one housemate. Other facilicities available and included in rent is Foxtel Wireless Internet shared kitchen washing machine and clothes dryer.You must be clean and respectful and willing to help with cleaning of general living areas when asked.I have a very friendly outdoor dog no more pets are allowed.
