You would be entering a happy house sharing with my son, myself and our two outdoor dogs. We like all kinds of music, the NRL, movies, gardening (although the garden is far from perfect), travel and enjoy local beaches.

The house is high set, modern with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Usually the bathrooms are share but if you are short term and must have your own I am sure we can arrange something. The room is modern and can be furnished or unfurnished.

We are located about 90 mins North of the Gold Coast and an hour south of the Sunshine Coast which has Australia Zoo, the Glasshouse Mountains and many other attractions. Locally there is bike hire, sky diving and the Redcliffe lagoon, which is pictured. There is a bus to the rail city link at the end of the street and shops, medical center, gym, bakery, cellar and beach all within a few minutes walk. We are not smokers and this is not a party house, but we are not boring either.

We are happy to accommodate travelers for the short term and people with working visa’s, and can negotiate shorter stays than one month upon request. The price above is for a single person in one room, for a couple or two people in one room the price is $150 as the consumables used by two people such as electricity, water and wifi is greater.
