Looking for person to share large brick home. My ideal house mate will be clean reliable with rental payments and especially quiet and considerate as i wake up 4am every morning. Sorry but no pets and children will be welcome due to past experiences. Available to house mate is large bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. Plus own lounge room and study no furnishing will be supplied. Also available is remote control lock up garage. My main focus in life is working and am hoping that you would also have work as your highly placed priority. I do enjoy a friendly chat and good laugh but do require some quiet alone time. Rent will be $150 per week plus expenses. The house is located in a very quiet peaceful estate and only 2 minutes from the Bruce Hwy.
