Hi i have a room to rent. Price includes rent electricity gas home phone wireless internet (basic use) lawn mowing. I am 25 mature friendly honest who wants a boarder who is around the same age trustworthy friendly good natured sense of homour tidy and who has a steady job. House is 4 bedrooms a/c and in a quiet family street. You will be sharing with just myself my cat and dog. House is fully furnished however you will need your own bed/ bedroom furniture. Room has built in cupboard and ceiling fan and you will have your own toilet/bathroom. House is quite modern and the estate is not that old close to sports ground shops and train station. About 35 min drive to brisbane and about 30 min to the sunshine coast. Room is available with just a few days notice and i would only like people are are willing to stay a period of around 6 months or more.
