The house is situated 5 minutes walk from shops and train station, a 15 minute walk or short drive to shopping centres and other amenities and the bus stop is at the door. It is 40 minutes by train to the heart of the city and 30 minutes drive to the Sunshine Coast. It is perfectly situated for the those who do not have their own transport.

The house is fully furnished and on a large fully fenced block with carport and extra parking space. It has a huge covered deck at the back and a balcony at the front which can be accessed from two of the bedrooms.

The kitchen and bathroom are nearly new, fresh and large. The house has a beautiful garden with a large grassy area complete with gazebo for relaxing.

Your housemates will be Damien, 27 year old male storeman and Christian, 29 year old male car detailer in Burpengary.

In a fully self-contained unit downstairs lives Jade, a 29 year old female student with a 5 year old daughter.

All tenants work or study but love to relax and socialise on the weekends. Great bunch of people. Very easy to get along with.

The available room is furnished with a single bed (but will fit a queen) or you can use your own furniture. Each room has a built-in wardrobe, screens, lockable door and ceiling fan. The floors are polished timber and the walls are freshly painted.

Short term lease accepted, two weeks rent in advance required and a two week bond required. As well as a previous rental reference and ID.

Pets negotiable. One cat and two dogs already lives here.
