Hi there I have a room available for rent. Suburb is literally a min from springwood close to buses and shop…so its quite convenient. As Im a student Im hardly ever home so youd pretty much have the whole house to yourself most of the time. Otherwise Im a really easy person to live with..(also neat and tidy..) I havent got any photos as of yet but Im pretty sure you wont be disappointed as its a really nice townhouse with secure gate and swimming pool.
