my friend and i are looking for someone to move in with us we have a rental house in the new estate area of woodlands and are needing an extra person to move in to help us with the rent. Our previous roommates didnt realise the financial responsibilities of moving out and are bailing on us……my name is Jess and am 21 and the other roommate is Vanessa (Nes) and is 20.we are just looking for another easy going young girl to help as out until the lease is over in october.We are very laid back girls and are not fans of drama so keep it pretty simple. there could be 2 possible rooms available….will update when we definitly knowlook forward to hearing from ya! :-D will post photos of the rooms available soonrent is approx 120 a week but if we find 2 ppl the rent will be lower than that as we have 2 rooms possibly available :-)
