A medium room is available for a mature, clean person in a in a fully air-conditioned and furnished three-bedroom townhouse. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. My room has an ensuite, so the main bathroom is almost exclusively for your use. A bed is available.

This is a comfortable, non-crowed house with the third room remaining unoccupied. You will be sharing with a clean, middle-aged professional man. Your privacy is respected.
