Hi I am looking for a nice person to share my home for a bit.The house is fully furnished all you will need to bring is furniture for your bedroom. It is located in a nice area and is close to the bus station. There are also some nice restaurants located nearby. The room is quite large and has a built in wardrobe. The house has ducted air-conditioning and also a large backyard with an entertaining area. The rent is $150 a week and electricity/gas is split 3 ways. 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent will be required up front. Wireless internet is available for an extra $20 per month. You will be sharing with 1 male and 1 female in their mid twenties (not a couple). We are both very clean and respectful of each others privacy and are expecting someone the same. We are very quite during the week as this is when we work but we do like to wind down a bit on the weekend with a couple of drinks and sometimes a BBQ.If this sounds like something you might be interested in then I am looking forward to hearing from you!PS I also have a small dog so animal lovers are a must!
