We are a family of 3 (1 couple + a teen) looking for 1 single flatmate only. We live there half of the week and somewhere else the other half.

We are renting out the whole furnished upstairs with Ensuite bathroom and toilet. Kitchen and lounge area are shared with us.

$200 per week includes furniture and gas. Power and internet NBN are extra cost shared with us. Available from 24/06/17. 3 weeks bond required.

We look for full time working singles ONLY, non smoking and quiet. Clean is a must!
